Welcome to AeroPeak Cooling Solution. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all services provided by AeroPeak Cooling Solution. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, booking a service, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

1. Scope of Services

AeroPeak Cooling Solution provides professional installation, repair, preventive maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), inspection, diagnostics, and related services for air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, home appliances, electrical works, plumbing, modular kitchens, and other services offered by the Company.

 

 

2. Service Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. While we strive to arrive on time, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

 

 

3. Inspection & Quotation

Inspection or diagnostic charges may apply where applicable. A final quotation will be provided after inspection of the equipment. No repair work involving additional charges will be carried out without the customer’s approval.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable GST and taxes will be charged as per Indian law.

 

 

5. Spare Parts

We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts, depending on availability and customer approval. Spare parts are chargeable unless specifically covered under a warranty or AMC agreement.

 

 

6. Warranty

Service warranty applies only to the work performed by AeroPeak Cooling Solution. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, electrical fluctuations, water damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or manufacturer defects.

 

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, safe access to the equipment, and a suitable working environment for our technicians. Customers should inspect the completed work before the technician leaves the premises.

 

 

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance. Cancellation charges may apply if the technician has already been dispatched or if special spare parts have been ordered.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

AeroPeak Cooling Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from delays, manufacturer defects, power failures, natural disasters, misuse of equipment, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

 

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for service delivery, communication, billing, legal compliance, and customer support. We do not sell or misuse customer information.

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, company logos, designs, trademarks, photographs, documents, and other materials are the property of AeroPeak Cooling Solution and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

 

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

 

 

13. Changes to These Terms

AeroPeak Cooling Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on our website and will become effective immediately upon publication.
